Job Description
Customer Service/Ticketing Agent-LAX
Check-in passengers, issue tickets and boarding passes. Perform functions required for the orderly boarding of passengers onto a flight. Perform host/hostess duties when at the airline VIP lounge. Greet passengers upon arrival and assist passengers with special needs, etc.
Entry level positions start at $11.55/hr + benefits.
Customer Service/Ticketing Agent-SFO
Check-in passengers, issue tickets and boarding passes. Perform functions required for the orderly boarding of passengers onto a flight. Perform host/hostess duties when at the airline VIP lounge. Greet passengers upon arrival and assist passengers with special needs, etc.
Entry level positions start at $12.33/hr + benefits.
Customer Service/Ticketing Agent-SEA
Check-in passengers, issue tickets and boarding passes. Perform functions required for the orderly boarding of passengers onto a flight. Perform host/hostess duties when at the airline VIP lounge. Greet passengers upon arrival and assist passengers with special needs, etc.
Entry level positions start at $10.50/hr + benefits.
Aircraft Dispatcher
Prepare/file flight plan and weather documentation for trans-Pacific flights and brief crews accordingly. Part 129 Int'l experience desired with knowledge of Jeppessen, LIDO, EDS & SITA systems preferred but will consider applicants with domestic/regional experience.
F.A.A. Aircraft Dispatcher License required.
Weight & Balance Agent
Perform load planning to achieve optimum center of gravity and monitor that the weight & balance conditions of the aircraft are correct and within limits. Issue a Load Sheet and certify that the information contained therein corresponds to the actual load of the aircraft.
Experience is required / Salary is negotiable, based on experience
Bus Driver
Drive airline crews and charter parties in and around the vicinity of Los Angeles International Airport. Vehicles range from 7-seat vans to 33-seat coaches.
Class B license with Passenger Endorsement is required
Customer Service Supervisor
Supervise Customer Service Agents and respond to passengers' needs as and when required. Coordinate Passenger Service activities to ensure operations meet company and government policies and regulations. Direct preparation of work schedules to obtain optimum utilization of human resources and facilities.
Experience as a Passenger Service Supervisor is required
